3 Things you should stop doing if you want healthier hair.

As you all know, winter can be really hard on the hair. Because of humidity being low, moisture is also missing from your hair which can make it extremely dry. Along with hair masks, there are also 3 basic things you need to know if you are trying to grow your hair before summer comes, and want it to look healthy, shiny and full. I mean, what female wouldn’t dream of that?

Step number 1: Don’t wash your hair everyday. It takes away the natural beneficial oils that you hair needs, especially in the winter time. Try to wash it only 2-3 times a week. 

Step number 2: Skip the hairdryer. The extreme heat that comes from blowdryers (along with flat iron and curling iron) can stress and break the hair. Try to wash your hair the night before, that way it can air dry. However if you do happen to use it once or twice a week make sure you keep a certain distance, it shouldn’t be too close to the hair, and also move it around so that the temperature doesn’t build up in one place. 

Step number 3: Use a moisturizing hair mask treatment. I am a huge fan of natural and home made hair masks, so I would really recommend using coconut oil as a moisturizer for your hair. It does wonders. Argan oil is also a very good source, or aloe vera.
