How to let a bad day go and always be positive. (It’s about the little things.)

Have you ever had such a bad day that you wish there was someone in your life that was kind of like a fairy and just made everything better? Well, of course you aren’t the only one. In a world full of chaos, it’s hard to not let it get to you. However, the most important relationship in the world, should be the one you have with yourself. Learn what makes you happy, learn what gives you hope, get to know yourself. I’m going to share with you guys what ALWAYS makes me feel content, confident and always takes the stress away.

Tea always helps. After  a long and tiring day, I have a cup of tea, whichever one I prefer at the moment. On my next post, I will write about which ones are my favorite, but any kind helps. They say a cup of tea is a bath on the inside.

A clean room ( including fresh clean bed sheets.) My absolute all time favorite. A messy room makes it harder for us to concentrate, and relax both physically and mentally. A messy room also creates feelings of guilt and insecurity such as thoughts ; “I should be more organized” or “I wish I wasn’t so lazy to clean up after myself”

A shower. Showers take away everything bad that happened to you during the day. You feel like a brand new person as soon as you get out.

Last but not least. A good book. For those of you that don’t like to read, if you had a very stressful day, write about it. You don’t have to know what you are writing about, drop down everything that is on your mind, that way you let the thoughts go and don’t hold on to anything.
